William Soe is an accomplished professional with over 13 years of combined experience in both the private and international development sectors. Bodhiya Wijaya Mulya has 15 years of experience in research and monitoring-evaluation across diverse sectors, including international development, business marketing, and strategic management. With a strong educational background in market research and extensive expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis, Bodhiya excels in managing a wide range of research projects using various methods, techniques, and tools. His professional experience extends beyond Indonesia to countries in Southeast and South Asia, Australia, Africa, and Latin Americas. In addition, he has successfully diversified the company’s portfolio to handle projects from various donors, namely DFAT, GIZ, EU, SIDA, and SECO. Desi Yoanita is an expert with over 15 years of experience in family science, parenting, GEDSI, women's economic empowerment, and child well-being. She holds a Master of Media and Communication from Airlangga University and a Bachelor of Arts from Petra Christian University. Desi co-founded the Edukasih Foundation, supporting education and community development for marginalized groups in Surabaya's urban poor areas.
